Captivate Events brings world-class brands to life in the lobbies and outside areas of your properties. These events create high levels of tenant engagement and help build a sense of community in properties. Hosting events is low-involvement for our building partners because we bring the opportunities to you and manage all aspects of event fulfillment. This non-traditional revenue source is fully supported by onscreen advertising to create excitement and interest amongst your tenants. As the property owner/manager, you will always have the final approval regarding what events are appropriate for your property.
